Deadline for IMDA Awards Competition Nears

Entries for the 2013 In-Mold Decorating Association Awards Competition are due June 30 and will not be accepted after that date. The awards will be presented at IMDA’s 2013 “ABC’s of IML Seminar and Workshop Symposium” on Oct. 24-25 at the UMass Lowell Inn and Conference Center, Lowell, MA.

The IMDA Awards recognize the industry’s best in-mold labeled packaging and in-mold decorated durable products. The winning entries are chosen based on creativity in design, engineering and innovation.

Categories for this year’s competition include: Best Part Design; Best Thin Wall Packaging; Best Injection Molded Durable (IMD) Part; Best Injection Molded (IML) Package; Best Label Design; Best Blow Molded Part/Package; Best Product Family (common style or brand); Best Thermoformed IML Package; and Best Thermoformed Durable IMD Part.
