Plastixs, a supplier of solutions for injection molding and material handling, is now selling two additional SLIDE products, including a brand-new zero-residue mold cleaner for high-polish surfaces.
SLIDE’s Zero Film Mold Cleaner is ideal for use on A-Level mold surface finishes. The low-VOC formulation evaporates quickly, leaving no residue with no wiping required to clean a mirror-finished mold. It removes diamond compound polish and other contaminants, containing no abrasives that might damage delicate finishes.
Zero Film Mold Cleaner updates the formula of SLIDE’s X-EMPT Mold Cleaner. It is available in aerosol cans or 1-, 5- and 55-gallon quantities.
Additionally, Plastixs carries SLIDE’s UltraHeat Grease high-temperature lubricant. This non-aerosol ejector pin grease provides excellent thermal and mechanical stability without melting or discoloring at temperatures over 650 degrees F. Containing no PFAS, PFOA or PFOS ingredients, UltraHeat Grease protects all moving mold components from friction, wear and corrosion, even under sudden temperature changes. This NSF H1-registered lubricant is safe for incidental food contact.
