Letter sent on behalf of RJG.

We want to share an important leadership update with you. At the end of April, Rob Nugent will be stepping down as CEO of RJG. Rob has been an exceptional leader, and his impact on RJG, our team, and our clients has been significant.
During his time as CEO, he helped drive meaningful growth across the business, played a key role in advancing autonomous molding initiatives, and championed the development of new technologies and product launches that will continue to come to market in 2026 and beyond. He also strengthened and expanded RJG’s leadership team and contributed to many transformative ideas that will shape the injection molding industry well into the future.
We are incredibly appreciative of his leadership and the direction he has helped set for the company. Rob has chosen to pursue a new opportunity that allows him to spend more time with family, and we fully support his decision. Our senior leadership team remains firmly in place and fully aligned, continuing to drive the business forward, with Mike Groleau stepping in as Interim CEO.
We expect to announce a permanent CEO in the coming months. Our commitment to business growth, client success, and innovation remains strong, and our upcoming initiatives and launches will continue as planned.
On a personal note, we will miss Rob’s contagious energy, his strength in making tough decisions, and his unmatched ability to make the white button-down feel like a fashion statement. Wishing Rob all the best in this next chapter as he begins an exciting new journey closer to home. He will always be part of the RJG story, and we are grateful for the impact he has made on our team, our clients, and our future.
Sincerely,
The RJG Leadership Team
