Absolute Group of Companies, the distributor of plastics equipment in the U.S. and Canada, has expanded its sales management team with the promotion of Jason Tucker and the addition of three new sales managers for Absolute Haitian (injection molding machines) and Absolute Robot (automation solutions).
Jason Tucker has been promoted from Southeast Regional Sales Manager to National Accounts Manager. In his new position, Tucker will coordinate sales for multi-location accounts throughout the U.S and Canada as well as maquiladora accounts in Mexico. Tucker has been with Absolute since 2022, demonstrating a history of success in the expansion of customer relationships and development of new accounts. His nearly 25 years of experience includes the identification of molding solutions for the medical, packaging and connector market segments. Jason will continue to be based out of the company’s Moncks Corner, South Carolina Applications Center.
Connor McLeod has been named a territory sales manager for Arkansas, Oklahoma and Texas. McLeod, who joined Absolute in 2024, will be based in the Austin, Texas area. McLeod brings a drive to improve sales results in the territory by supporting injection molders with molding technology most appropriate to their processing needs. Prior to being named territory sales manager, McLeod was a sales development specialist for the Absolute Robot automation division as well as buying and selling used plastics machinery for Absolute Machinery. McLeod comes from a family of injection molding professionals.
Matthew (Matt) Marsh is Absolute’s new Regional Sales Manager, working with injection molders in the Southeast region. Marsh joined the company in January 2026, and brings 15 years of experience in the plastics industry including stints with an industrial controls company and a complete plastics equipment supplier for the injection molding industry. Marsh is a veteran of the U.S. Army, where he served at Fort Knox specializing on A2 turret systems for Bradley military track vehicles, among other responsibilities. Marsh will be based in the Applications Center in Moncks Corner, South Carolina.
Stephen (Steve) Porth has been named Regional Sales Manager for Absolute Robot, the automation division of the Absolute Group of Companies. Porth specializes in automation/robots, working closely with molders to understand their unique needs, offering tailored solutions, and driving value through cutting-edge technologies that streamline manufacturing processes. Porth joined Absolute Robot as a business development specialist in May 2022. With this promotion, Porth will be responsible for automation-specific market share growth, supporting sales representatives throughout the U.S. and Canada. Porth is based at the company’s headquarters in Worcester, Massachusetts.
