MAPP Welcomes New Board Members for 2026

INDIANAPOLIS – The Manufacturers Association for Plastics Processors (MAPP) is pleased to announce the appointment of its new Board of Directors members for 2026. This group of industry leaders brings diverse experience, strong operational insight, and a shared commitment to advancing the plastics processing industry.

The newly appointed Board members for 2026 are:

  • Adam Noble, Blue Ridge Industries Inc.
  • Derek Moeller, CognitionWorks
  • John Ballweg, Engineered Industries Inc.
  • Don Hardin, Fabrik Molded Plastics
  • Chuck Forrestal, Metro Plastics Technologies LLC
  • Crystal Capps, Par4 Plastics
  • Angela Elsey, PCS Company
  • Tom Smolenski, Steinwall Inc.

These individuals will join MAPP’s existing Board leadership to help guide the association’s strategic direction, support member-driven initiatives, and ensure MAPP continues to deliver meaningful, bottom-line impact for plastics processors nationwide.

MAPP would also like to recognize and thank the Board members who have completed their terms. Their leadership, time, and dedication have played an important role in strengthening the association and supporting the broader plastics community.

The MAPP Board of Directors works closely with association leadership to address key industry challenges, expand benchmarking and education initiatives, and foster peer-to-peer collaboration among member companies.
