Nissei Plastic Unveils Next-Generation Injection Molding Machines Advancing Productivity with a Strong Focus on Eco-Friendliness

Press release submitted on behalf of NISSEI.

NISSEI PLASTIC INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD., headquartered in Nagano, Japan, and led by President Hozumi Yoda, continues to advance next-generation molding technologies to support a circular economy and reduce environmental impact. These technologies were showcased at K2025 in Düsseldorf, Germany, attracting strong interest from visitors worldwide, including North America—a key strategic market.

1. Top Highlight: Environmentally Conscious Production with Cube Mold Technology
NOVA5e360T-H1540 [Clamping force: 3,530 kN] This all-electric machine molded food container lids and bases using a cube mold from PLASDAN (EU), showcasing efficient multi-component molding that reduces material waste and streamlines production.

2. Low-Pressure Molding Technologies Gain Strong Interest
NISSEI’s newly developed low-pressure molding applications—e-SAPLI™ for all-electric machines and N-SAPLI™ for hybrid machines—were highly regarded at K2025 for reducing defects, energy use, and mechanical stress.

NOVA5e110T-H230 — Low-Pressure Thin-Wall Molding with “e-SAPLI™” [Clamping force: 1,080 kN] This all-electric machine demonstrated thin-wall molding of 0.30 mm battery cases on a standard machine—an application that traditionally required high-speed injection equipment.

NOVA CANBIO110T-H320 (Concept Model) — PETG Processing with “N-SAPLI™” [Clamping force: 1,080 kN] Equipped with a PETG-compatible screw and the X-Pump® hybrid system, this new servo-hydraulic machine demonstrated stable thick-wall molding of recycled PETG. Both technologies were well received in Europe as practical solutions enhancing quality and supporting sustainability.

3. High-Precision Micro Molding with “N-constellation™”
NOVA5e50T-H100 [Clamping force: 490 kN] This all-electric machine demonstrated micro-precision molding of battery sealing caps. Powered by the IoT platform N-constellation™, it integrates multiple auxiliary devices, supporting smart factory implementation. With a proprietary two-stage injection unit (screw + plunger), it delivers high-cycle, high-accuracy micro molding for electronics and medical applications.

NISSEI remains committed to advancing environmentally responsible molding technologies while strengthening its presence in the North American market through high-performance, energy-efficient production solutions.
