Conventus Polymers has been named an authorized distributor for Invibio’s PEEK-CLASSIX products for the United States and Canada. This partnership reinforces Conventus Polymers’ position as a leading distributor of high-performance materials while expanding their reach in healthcare with implantable and non-implantable PEEK. By partnering with Invibio, Conventus provides customers with simplified access to trusted, premium materials through a single, integrated supply chain.

The PEEK-CLASSIX materials are designed for use in non-invasive medical applications, but also in non-life-critical short-term invasive medical devices that are in blood or tissue contact for less than 30 days. For dental applications they can be used for up to 180 days in the oral environment. The PEEK-CLASSIX™ polymers are high performance biocompatible thermoplastics, often used as metal alternatives or where other polymers cannot perform. They have been used clinically for decades and have USP Class VI and ISO10993 certification.
