RJG to Premiere Autonomous Process Control Solution at K Show 2025

Press release submitted on behalf of RJG.

RJG, Inc., a global leader in injection molding process control technology, cavity pressure sensors, and training, will debut its Autonomous Process Control Solution at K Show 2025 in Düsseldorf, Germany in Hall 13, Booth 86.

The Autonomous Process Control Solution integrates RJG’s world-renowned cavity pressure sensor technology, CoPilot® process control system, and The Hub® data management platform with iMFLUX’s innovative low constant pressure molding technology. To demonstrate the power of this collaboration, RJG partnered with StackTeck Systems Ltd., a global leader in precision tooling. A specially engineered bucket mold, outfitted with RJG sensors, was run in a live demonstration at StackTeck’s facility in Toronto weeks prior. The demo was performed on a Husky HyPAC HL500 machine, with mold design simulation provided by Moldex3D.

RJG will showcase this real-world case study highlighting the power of autonomous process control with video demonstrations in their booth. Visitors can examine actual molded parts produced during the trial and see how combining constant low-pressure molding with in-cavity pressure monitoring delivers unmatched process stability and efficiency—even on the most complex parts.

Attendees can also learn how these innovations directly translate into an itemized return on investment, offering a clear picture of cost savings and productivity gains. A full copy of the case study will be available to review, providing deeper insights into the measurable benefits achieved.

Further supporting the industry’s commitment to sustainability, LyondellBasell (LYB)—a global leader in chemicals and sustainable solutions, supplied CirculenRecover post-consumer recycled (PCR) resin from its portfolio of circular and low-carbon solutions. Designed to help customers meet ambitious sustainability goals, Circulen materials deliver high performance while reducing reliance on fossil-based plastics. Incorporating PCR resin in this demonstration highlights how autonomous process control technology not only enhances efficiency and quality but also supports manufacturers’ environmental and circular economy objectives. To learn more about the material, visit LYB in Hall 8a / D12.

Discover Smarter, Connected Manufacturing
Also showcased in their booth are RJG’s advanced technologies that are transforming injection molding today:

  • RJG’s CoPilot® Process Control with The Hub®: RJG’s process control system provides real-time visibility, guided setup, and alarms to ensure consistent, high-quality production. With the process advisor, MAX™, The CoPilot analyzes live process data and recommends corrective actions to reduce downtime and scrap. When connected to The Hub®, manufacturers gain a centralized platform that links people, machines, and facilities worldwide—unlocking actionable insights and predictive analytics.
  • iMFLUX Technology: Through an exclusive partnership with Procter & Gamble, RJG is now the sole distributor of iMFLUX. Available today, this low constant pressure molding technology reduces energy consumption, extends mold and machine life, and makes it easier to process sustainable materials.
  • Cavity Pressure Sensing Technology: Visitors will also learn how cavity pressure is the foundation of consistent, high-quality molding while exploring RJG’s full sensor portfolio, including strain gauge sensors—recognized for their durability, cost-effectiveness, and superior long-term stability—as well as piezoelectric sensors for high-sensitivity applications. RJG consultants will be on hand to help attendees determine which option is best suited for their specific needs.
  • Onsite Processing Expertise: RJG’s team of experienced consultants will be available in the booth to discuss attendees’ specific challenges, from efficiency bottlenecks to quality concerns. Visitors can learn how RJG’s integrated solutions—spanning technology, training, and consulting—help molders solve real-world production problems.
