Maguire Unveils Next-Generation Drying, Blending, Feeding, and Connectivity at K 2025

Press release submitted on behalf of Maguire.

Maguire Products, Inc. will present its most comprehensive portfolio of innovations yet at K 2025, held October 8–15 in Düsseldorf, Germany. Located in Hall 10, Stand C41, Maguire will debut major new technologies across Drying, Blending, Feeding, and Connectivity—helping processors achieve greater efficiency, precision, and sustainability.

For more than 30 years, Maguire has pioneered gravimetric technology for the plastics industry. At K 2025, the company builds on that heritage with new equipment, advanced software, and live demonstrations that highlight its vision for the future of plastics processing.

“Maguire has always believed that innovation should make life simpler for processors—more precise, more sustainable, and more cost-effective,” said Frank Kavanagh, Global Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Maguire Products Inc. “At K 2025, we are excited to showcase next-generation solutions that reflect 30 years of learning, design, and customer feedback. Each innovation delivers measurable benefits in energy savings, productivity, and process control.”

Key Highlights at K 2025

ULTRA Drying Zone — 4th Generation Launch
Maguire will unveil the 4th Generation ULTRA Vacuum Dryer—the latest evolution of its groundbreaking technology first introduced 25 years ago. Designed to be simpler, more affordable, and more accessible than ever, this new generation also expands the ULTRA line to fill critical throughput gaps.

The portfolio now grows from four to seven models, giving processors a broader throughput range and flexibility to select a right-sized solution for virtually any application. Generation 4 provides unrivaled energy efficiency, rapid ROI, and significant productivity gains.

Featured models on the stand include the new ULTRA-300+, alongside ULTRA-150, ULTRA-300, ULTRA-600, and the energy-efficient LPD-30.

All ULTRA models share Maguire’s signature advantage: the unique 15-minute “Pit Stop” material change—a dramatic improvement over the 3–4 hours typical of desiccant dryers.

Visitors can also explore the ULTRA Savings Calculator (ultra.maguire.com), online or while visiting the booth, where they can enter their own process details and learn more about their potential energy and cost savings.

Masters of Blending Zone — Flexibility on Display
Maguire’s leadership in gravimetric blending takes center stage with the debut of the new WSB 280MP, featuring eight removable hoppers for rapid material changes. The company will also highlight its “Build Your Own Blender” concept, demonstrating how modular design gives processors unrivaled flexibility and customization for their production lines.

Extrusion Control Solutions — Efficiency in Every Run
Maguire will present three extrusion control platforms: MGF+ feeders and loss-in-weight systems, WSB batch blenders, and WXB combined blenders with loss-in-weight mix chambers. These solutions deliver consistent output, material savings, faster changeovers, reduced manual intervention, and real-time monitoring for extrusion applications.

Feeding & Fusion Control — Next-Level Integration
Maguire has expanded its MGF+ range of gravimetric feeders, offering processors solutions from entry-level volumetric feeders to advanced multi-station setups for molding and extrusion.

The show will mark the debut of Fusion, Maguire’s new blender system that unites feeders, blenders, conveying, and extrusion control on a single platform. Fusion is managed through a 10.4” touchscreen interface and can be retrofitted to existing Maguire equipment—unlocking a new level of operational flexibility.

Live demonstrations in the Fusion Zone will showcase a WSB 140MP blender and MGF+ feeders running seamlessly with FlexBus Lite conveying, all orchestrated by Fusion’s robust integrated control.

Tracker & FlexBus — Connectivity in Action
Maguire will also display Tracker Web Portal, a new subscription-based platform enabling remote monitoring, configuration, and reporting across dryers, blenders, feeders, and conveying systems.

Alongside this, Maguire will demonstrate its latest FlexBus conveying controls, featuring new speed-control functionality and integration with Tracker for seamless setup and system management.

MOU – Maintain, Overhaul, Upgrade
Reinforcing its commitment to long-term reliability and sustainability, Maguire will highlight control systems spanning more than three decades—each of which can be upgraded with today’s latest software and hardware.

With over 70,000 gravimetric batch blenders installed worldwide, Maguire guarantees processors the confidence of future-proofed technology. This enduring equipment longevity is backed by the industry’s leading 5-year warranty, ensuring that investments made years ago continue to deliver value for decades to come.

Interactive Displays Reveal the Future of Plastics Processing
“We want every visitor to leave our stand having experienced the difference Maguire makes,” said Kavanagh. “K 2025 isn’t just about seeing new machines—it’s about understanding how innovation translates to energy savings, faster ROI, and smarter production.”

Maguire’s stand will provide visitors with dynamic hands-on demonstrations, side-by-side product comparisons, and direct insight into how new launches support energy efficiency, precision processing, and reduced material waste.

“With new launches at K 2025 and our unrivaled product portfolio, Maguire continues to deliver solutions that not only meet today’s challenges but also prepare processors for the future,” added Paul Edmondson, Managing Director at Maguire Europe.
