Plastic Design & Manufacturing, Manhattan, Montana, has transferred ownership from founder Mike Groff to the company’s existing executive team.
Randy Scheid, president and CFO; James Smith, VP operations and engineering; and Darrell Witham, VP sales and marketing have acquired the business with Sam Lazcano, VP of PDM MX operations rounding out the executive team. Groff will retain a seat on the board.
