The Master Molder® I qualification is designed for the Process Technician\, Engineer\, or Manager who needs to understand and demonstrate injection molding skills at the machine. Participants will be able to establish the development of a DECOUPLED MOLDING® II process. Anyone who is responsible for implementing a processing strategy in their plant\, or who is held accountable for quality issues\, are prime candidates for this training. \nThere is a reason that companies in the injection molding industry actively seek out Master Molder qualified molders to join their team. Participants learn to apply methods\, strategies\, and techniques of injection molding from the plastic’s point of view\, all taught in a real-world production floor environment. This hands-on\, in-depth training enables participants to leave with solid skills that can be applied immediately in their facility.

SUMMARY:RJG Academy eDART Training
DESCRIPTION:eDART® training (v9 or v10) is intended for anyone who needs know how to effectively run an eDART® System process controller or needs to know how to use the eDART® System to identify molding problems\, such as short shots or other process inconsistencies. \nAttendees will increase their DECOUPLED MOLDING® processing skills by learning about cavity pressure sensors\, including how to connect and verify that they are properly installed\, start and stop jobs\, verify alarms and templates\, set-up the eDART® to do abnormal part containment\, and properly set up alarms to catch and contain all suspect parts. The course will include an introduction to Decoupled III Machine Control\, but it does not cover building a process.
