Viking Plastics Invests in Operational Upgrades

Plastics Business

Viking Plastics, Corry, Pennsylvania, has invested more than $1 million into the business in the past year, including the purchase of three new Haitian servo hydraulic presses (one 180-ton and two 235-ton).

With the addition of these three new presses, Viking Plastics is able to increase capacity and improve process controls while eliminating four older, less efficient machines. Alongside the investment in new equipment, Viking Plastics has continued to advance the training and use of RJG in-mold sensors. Four Viking team members successfully completed Systematic Molding training this fall.
