RJG, Inc., Traverse City, Michigan, recently presented its 2015 Training Excellence Award to Extreme Tool and Engineering in Wakefield, Michigan, and iMARK Molding in Woodville, Wisconsin. Mike Zacharias from Extreme Tool and Sturtevandt and John Porter from iMARK accepted the award from RJG Chairman, Matt Groleau.

Over the years the Master Molder certification program has evolved into the industry standard for injection molding processing training. The companies received the award because of their dedication to improving the skill levels of their employees. RJG started the Training Excellence Award as a way to recognize clients for their commitment to the RJG Master MolderSM Certification program.

The Master Molder program was developed over ten years ago under the guidance of RJG Consultant, Norm Ward, who saw a need in the industry for a training program and tools that would bridge the gap between classroom instruction and implementing what was learned on the production floor.
